Return conditions
To ensure a full refund of the purchase price, we ask that you return the goods in their original condition only. Please ensure that the following Criteria are met
- The item is unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition.
- The goods have no odors (e.g. perfume, smoke), stains or signs of wear.
- All labels are still attached to the product.
Please note: If the returned goods arrive worn or damaged, we unfortunately cannot refund the purchase price. In this case, we reserve the right to return the item to you at your expense.
Costs of return shipping
The costs for the insured return shipment are to be borne by the buyer. Please keep the proof of shipment in a safe place so that you have proof of dispatch.
